Our journey started in October 2011 when we launched the UK’s leading LGBTQ+ news, listing and social networking site, THEGAYUK. We followed that with the launch of THEGAYSHOP in 2012.

In 2017 we expanded our retail offering with the UK’s original Pride Shop, becoming the first LGBTQ+ specific store.

Through this platform we worked alongside some of the UK’s biggest prides as their online shop and fulfilment centre.

In 2018 we launched our body-positive and mental health campaign through The Naked Rugby Players and Tackle Mag.

In 2023 we launched our greeting card range and retailer, The Big Gay Card Company, which offers LGBTQ+ specific wedding, engagement, birthday, coming out and Christmas cards.
